River Bank release and signings!
I am so excited that my latest book is coming out, everyone. The River Bank is a sequel to Kenneth Grahame’s The Wind in the Willows, but with girl animals as well as our old friends, Mole, Water Rat, Toad and Badger.
Small Beer press published it, with charming art by Kathleen Jennings.
It’s sort of for kids, sort of for grownups, and I hope you like it.
I am doing several signings and appearances in fall 2017:
9/12: The Raven Bookstore, Lawrence KS. 7pm.
10/14: Uncle Hugo’s Science Fiction Bookstore, Minneapolis MN. 1pm.
11/4-11/5: World Fantasy Convention, San Antonio TX.
11/20: Powell’s City of Books, Portland OR. 7pm.
11/21: Elliot Bay Book Company, Seattle WA. 7pm.
Lots of catching up to do!
Generally, it’s been a good 2017!
